Good Ol Days Resort is located on Lower Cullen Lake, the largest of the 3 lakes on the Cullen Lake chain, with 400 acres of crystal clear water. There is channel access by fishing boat or canoe to Middle and Upper Cullen Lakes. The stream to the Gull Lake Chain begins on the grounds, and can be explored by canoe and kayak. Lower Cullen has an excellent selection of game fish. It contains great fish holding structures including two sunken islands. We provide pontoon rental, motor rentals, a swim raft for sunning and fun, and a central dock system for fishing and convenient boat mooring.
Our grounds are landscaped, manicured and lake level with no steps. There are picnic tables, lawn swings, a playground area, basketball court and volleyball court for your entertainment. The 4-season fish cleaning house features two-level, granite cutting tables, and a stainless steel sink with running water. A coin operated laundromat is located in the lodge for your convenience. Our grounds are connected to the Paul Bunyan Trail.
The parking lot and paved pathways are lighted for your safety and convenience.
Our sugar-sand beach is shallow and safe with crystal clear water. It is conveniently located near the cottages/lodge and adjacent to the playground.
Your kids will be delighted and distracted with all the fun and activities we have to offer, leaving more time for parents' relaxation and activities.
